QCInspector ("we", "our", "us") provides a mobile application used for quality control inspection workflows.

- Photos captured through the device camera when users choose to take inspection images.
- Technical logs required for app operation and troubleshooting.
2. Camera Permission
QCInspector requests android.permission.CAMERA to allow users to capture photos as part of inspection records.
- Camera access is only used when the user initiates image capture.
- Photos are used for inspection documentation purposes within the app workflow.
- We do not use the camera for background recording.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage inspection records.
- Support quality assurance and traceability processes.
- Maintain and improve app reliability and performance.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only:
- With your organization’s authorized systems/services required to process inspection workflows.
- When required by law or valid legal process.
5. Data Retention
Inspection data and images are retained according to your organization’s operational and compliance requirements. Data no longer required is deleted according to internal retention policies.
6. Data Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
7. Your Choices
You can choose not to grant camera permission; however, photo capture features will not function. You may contact your organization administrator for access, correction, or deletion requests where applicable.
8. Children
QCInspector is intended for business/industrial use and is not directed to children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the effective date.
